Returns & Exchanges Timeline

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your new furniture and decor pieces fit perfectly in your space.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

2 Prepare Your Items

Please ensure all items are in their original condition:

  • All tags and labels attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • No signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • All parts and accessories included

3 Shipping Instructions

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions. For international returns:

  • Use the original packaging when possible
  • Include the return authorization form
  • We recommend insuring your return shipment

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Bed Pillows (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • Comforters that have been removed from original packaging
  • Bathroom Rugs & Mats that show signs of use
  • Bed Blankets with removed tags
  • Any customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Exchange Processing: New items ship within 1-2 business days after we process your return

Please note that international bank transfers may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items
